- Tigernest Monastery ( Takshang Goempa )
Paro Taktsang, is a prominent Himalayan Buddhist sacred site and the temple complex is located in the cliffside of the upper Paro valley in Bhutan.
- Kichu Temple
Ancient, preserved Buddhist temple with many traditional features, statues & an intimate atmosphere.
- National Museum of Bhutan
Cultural heritage museum in a 17th-century watchtower with Bhutanese statues, paintings & other art.
- Paro Dzong
The Dzong built in 1646 by our great master Zhabdrung Ngawang Namgyel in order to protect from Tibetan invaders.
- Chelela Pass
The 35km drive to cheli la makes an interesting road excursion and is anexcellent jumping-off point for day walks. Chele la separates Haa and Paro valley and at 3810m, it is one of the highest motor able pass in Bhutan.
